2. Order Confirmation, Site Visit, and Measurements
Signing the order confirmation is a legal basis for arranging documentation on behalf of the customer and setting a date for the site visit. Based on the condition of the property, we provide advice, coordinate the installation time, and agree on installation details.
Requirements for Obtaining a Connection Permit and Subsidy Forms
At ENERTRON, we prepare the necessary documentation for connecting to the regional electricity distribution service. The process of obtaining the permit typically takes up to 30 days, but it may be longer in cases of increased workload and/or demand with the electricity distributors.
At the same time, we also prepare documentation for obtaining grants.
4. Applications for Connection and Energy Supply Contracts
After the permit is obtained, the next step is submitting the application to sign a new energy supply contract.
5.Installation of the Solar Power Plant and Performance Testing
After completing the fourth step, the installation of the solar power plant follows, which takes a maximum of two days. Once the installation is complete, an inspection and testing of the plant are conducted in accordance with current regulations.
6. Connection of the power plant to the electricity distribution network
After the measurements have been taken, ENERTRON collects all the documentation, the electricity distribution company takes over the installation, and the commissioning contract is signed. The solar power plant is then officially connected to the grid.
7. Final visit, delivery of documentation and handover of the device
After connecting the solar power plant to the network, there is a re-presentation of the device, procedures in case of emergency events and settings for monitoring the operation of the solar power plant on your mobile device or computer.
8. Regular maintenance of the solar power plant
ENERTRON, in accordance with the maintenance contract, regularly monitors the solar power plant from its control centre and, in the event of faults, takes care of them, thus ensuring smooth operation throughout the lifetime of the plant.
