8 steps to a self-sufficient solar power plant
Kindly complete the inquiry form, and our team will diligently review your requirements. Within the next two working days, we will prepare a comprehensive offer tailored to your specific needs. Should you have any further inquiries or require clarification, our dedicated staff will promptly reach out to you to ensure all aspects are addressed satisfactorily.
Upon receiving your order confirmation, we proceed with the necessary documentation adjustments on your behalf. This serves as the legal basis for further project handling. Subsequently, we arrange a site visit to inspect the facility and conduct performance measurements. Based on the condition of the building, we provide appropriate recommendations and work closely with you to coordinate the installation timeline and finalize installation details. Our aim is to ensure a seamless and efficient process tailored to your specific requirements.
We meticulously prepare the necessary documentation for securing approval to connect your solar power plant to the regional electricity distribution service. Typically, the process of obtaining consent may take up to 30 days, although in certain cases where there is a higher workload or increased demand from electricity distributors, it could extend beyond this timeframe.
Simultaneously, we assist you in preparing the documentation required to apply for grants from the Eco Fund. The process of receiving a decision from the Eco Fund usually takes between 60 to 90 days. However, it is important to note that upon submitting the application, we can proceed with the installation of the solar power plant without any delays. Our goal is to streamline the administrative procedures, ensuring a smooth transition from documentation preparation to the commencement of installation.
We meticulously compile the required documentation to obtain consent for connection from the regional electricity distribution service. The standard timeframe for obtaining consent is typically up to 30 days, with exceptions in cases of increased workload or heightened demand.
Once the consent has been secured, we initiate the process of applying for the connection contract and requesting the execution of a new energy supply contract. These documents are submitted for review and processing.
The electricity distribution company is responsible for preparing the connection contract, which is typically completed within 20 days after the submission of the application. Similarly, the energy supply contract is sent to the designated suppliers for signature, with an expected turnaround time of no more than 10 days. Upon receiving both contracts, you proceed to sign them and return them to the respective sender. Following their endorsement, the contracts are forwarded to both yourself and ENERTON headquarters within a maximum of 20 days.
Upon successful completion of the preceding steps, we proceed with the installation of the solar power plant, which typically takes a maximum of two days to complete. Following the installation, we conduct a thorough inspection and perform measurements on the power plant in accordance with the relevant legislation. The measurement process, which lasts up to two hours, is scheduled in advance during regular working hours to ensure optimal coordination. Our aim is to ensure that the installation meets all necessary standards and regulations, providing you with a high-quality and reliable solar power system.
Upon completion of the measurements, we gather all the necessary documentation, and the electricity distribution company assumes responsibility for the power plant. Subsequently, the commissioning contract is signed, officially establishing the connection of the solar power plant to the grid. This procedure typically takes up to two hours, conducted within the regular working hours of the electricity distribution companies.
Following the successful connection of your solar power plant to the network, we schedule a final visit to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the device’s operations. During this visit, we provide detailed instructions on device handling, protocols for handling emergency situations, and offer complimentary access to monitor the plant’s performance through your mobile device or computer (you can view an example of our solar power plant’s operation HERE).
Furthermore, we provide you with all the necessary documentation related to the entire process, including the invoice and relevant paperwork required for the transfer of the Eco Fund subsidy. Please note that the reimbursement process typically takes between 60 to 90 days from the submission of the final documentation.
